BPO planning to initiate LNG in Baltic Sea Ports II

Taking into account the interest expressed by several Baltic Sea Ports, we are glad to inform you that BPO is planning to initiate a succeeding LNG bunkering infrastructure project within the ports of the Baltic Sea Region.

European Commission TEN-T Executive Agency is planning to announce an extraordinary “Motorways of the Sea” call in mid-December 2013 and TEN-T info day regarding the extraordinary call will take place on 13th December 2013.
In accordance with the first initiative - “LNG in Baltic Sea Ports”, BPO will act as a coordinator of the “LNG in Baltic Sea Ports II” project. As the LNG initiative has been well received within the Baltic Ports and we have key partners of the first LNG project joining the second project, BPO is setting up a working meeting in Copenhagen on 15th January 2014 (preliminary agenda is to be distributed soon).
We trust Baltic Ports Organization initiative meets your priorities and will appreciate your expression of interest for participation within the “LNG in Baltic Sea Ports II” Project and the working meeting in Copenhagen by 13th December.
