Even, if the market conditions for ports are quite different, there are some similarities with the Baltic; increasing awareness of environmental port performance, attracting cruise lines, intermodal strategies. It is also worth to mention that some of the ports in the Gulf region started to build small scale installations for LNG bunkering as they expect LNG fuelled ship to sail to these port in near future”.
