BPO Meeting on SECA is real now - first implications of sulphur limits

The meeting will concern the matter of how new sulphur regulations have been applied in Baltic countries and how they are controlled. The BPO meeting will be mainly attended by BPO Board members, people from port industry, Baltic ports, experts and invited quests. 

Also, the study visit to Remontowa Holding will be a part of the seminar. The goal of the Remontowa Holding study tour is to see installations of scrubbers at vessels. Please find the draft agenda of the meeting enclosed.
The meeting is parallel to main TransportWeek 2015 conference.
