Ports are growing bigger and bigger in order to stay ahead in the highly competitive transport industry. At the same time, they share space with densely populated cities, thus becoming a target for air pollution control spots. This leads to ports being not only gateways for global trade but also major sources of pollution. Health should be always the top priority and with ports and cities coexisting side by side, it is absolutely worth it to find the best possible solutions for providing better air quality within the port area itself.
